MEI Industrial Solutions needed a comprehensive security solution for its Fredericksburg facility that could integrate access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection while connecting with the facility’s network infrastructure. The installation also required coordination with the general contractor and IT team, elevated work, and compliance with site-specific safety requirements.
Bailey Systems designed and installed an integrated security infrastructure combining Brivo access control, Eagle Eye video surveillance, and DMP intrusion detection. The project included device installation, low-voltage cabling, network integration, system programming, testing, and commissioning.
The access control system incorporated credential readers, door monitoring, request-to-exit detection, power and backup power. Video surveillance included indoor 360° cameras, exterior multisensor cameras, outdoor bullet cameras, Cat6 network connectivity, and live and recorded video configuration. The intrusion detection system added interior and long-range motion detection, door monitoring, cellular alarm communication, and system programming and testing.
