Joe Bailey

Owner & Operator, Bailey Systems

Joe Bailey is the Owner and Operator of Bailey Systems, bringing more than two decades of experience in technology, security, and infrastructure solutions. Since Bailey Systems was established in 2000, Joe has helped organizations implement secure, reliable technology across commercial, municipal, and enterprise environments.

As a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and DCJS-certified Security Compliance Officer, Joe brings extensive technical expertise in electronic security, network infrastructure, structured cabling, wireless communications, enterprise IT, and data center operations.

Throughout his career, Joe has led projects from initial system design and installation through integration, maintenance, and ongoing managed services. His hands-on approach ensures that each solution is not only secure and reliable, but practical, maintainable, and aligned with the client’s operational needs.

Today, Joe continues to take an active role in Bailey Systems’ projects and operations, bringing the same focus on quality, technical expertise, and dependable service to every client relationship.
